Daniel (“Rocky”) VanHorn, Ph.D.
Rocky is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at North Central College where he has served in various roles such as the Chair of the Faculty Professional Development Committee and the Chair of the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience. His expertise in cognitive psychology, research methods, and statistics make him an invaluable partner for our clients. Abigaile VanHorn, Ph.D.
Abigaile VanHorn, Ph.D., is the Director of Curriculum Development at the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute. Throughout her research on the scholarship of teaching and learning, women and politics, mentoring, and leadership theory and practice, she has successfully integrated the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to tell the story behind the data. Abigaile has developed and implemented a number of successful leadership development programs for a variety of organizations. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and DiSC Authorized Partner, she has also worked with clients from Forbes’ Fortune 250 list to school districts and higher educational institutions to enhance performance, engagement, and efficacy through customized professional development programs, team building, and individual coaching. She brings her expertise in leadership development and coaching, statistical analysis, program assessment and evaluation to identify, curate, and implement a development plan tailored to your specific needs. Elizabeth Weiss, Ph.D.
Dr. Weiss serves as a Lecturer at The Ohio State University, Newark Campus. Her expertise in social science statistics, research and evaluation methods in gender and sexuality studies support our core belief that social justice and equity is a given for all people. Her ability to use statistics to tell a story gives our clients reliable and useful data for improving delivery of student services. Dr. Weiss has been recognized several times in her career for her work in increasing multicultural awareness. In 2013 she was recognized with the Dean/Director’s and President’s Diversity Award by the Newark Campus for “outstanding achievements that advance the campus' overall awareness of and sensitivity to differences among people(s) including race, mixed races and heritages, cultural heritage, religious beliefs, political beliefs, and geographic location.” Learn more.
Rodney Harrelson, Ed.D.
Dr. Rodney Harrelson currently serves as an educational strategist and consultant for RTH Strategic Planning and Consulting, LLC. Dr. Harrelson previously served in a variety of roles at Columbus City Schools, including as a district administrator supporting school improvement efforts in the district's lowest performing schools.
